These terms apply when you use quietclosure.com or hire Quiet Closure, a sole proprietorship based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, owned and run by Joshua.
Quiet Closure is a document preparation and submission service. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on this site or in our emails is legal advice. Decisions about who inherits digital assets belong to the estate and, where applicable, its attorney.
The Complete Digital Closure is a flat fee of $497. $497 covers every account your loved one had. The scope is described on our pricing and What's covered sections. Work is done entirely by email and through each platform's official channels.
Not included: legal advice; obtaining court orders; moving money or transferring balances; unlocking phones or devices; password access of any kind; and phone-only providers (we provide a script). Where these come up, we tell you what to ask the estate's attorney.
You confirm that you have, or are acting for someone with, authority to handle the deceased person's affairs, and that the information and documents you provide are accurate. We rely on them when submitting requests.
We file every request within 72 hours of receiving your documents (see the filing guarantee above). Each platform sets its own rules and timelines, and some may refuse or require a court order. We can't guarantee any platform's decision. We file requests through each official channel and send written updates by email, and every outcome is listed honestly in your final report.
Documents are collected only through a private upload link, used only for the platforms that require them, and permanently deleted 90 days after your final report. See our Privacy Policy.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us, and we are not liable for platform decisions, data a platform deletes, or delays outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
